Jordan Abyad Fertilizers and Chemicals Co. P.S.C (JAFCCO)

It was established in 2007 in Wadi Al-Abiad, with the purpose of producing fertilizers, in a joint venture with: JAFCO Bahrain, Arab Mining Co., Venture Capital Bank Co., Al-Fares for investment and industry Co., and Bahrain Field Co.

Jordan Phosphate Mines Co.’s share in the company’s capital is 15%. In 2011, Jordan Phosphate Mines Co. increased its share to reach 25% of the JAFCCO capital.
